Winterfest 2020 FAQ

  • Who is invited to Winterfest? Calling all math wizards! Students of every age and stage are invited to partake in the festivities. Winterfest is FREE and as a teacher, there’s no registration form or sign-ups. It’s a no brainer, no prep, fun event. Playing Prodigy is a perfect activity to assign as your days lead up to the holidays.
  • What can students do during Winterfest? Kids can visit Lamplight Town Square, a specific part of the Prodigy Math Game world that will be decorated with snow galore for the event’s duration. As they participate in their everyday wizard battles, they’ll earn magic snowflakes in addition to the typical rewards. These snowflakes can then be redeemed by visiting the event shop to purchase exclusive items. Students can also search Lamplight Town for their daily task of defeating the Winterfest snowman for additional magic snowflake ❄️ currency.
  • Where in the game can students find the Winterfest event? Have your math wizards select Home when they log in to Prodigy Math Game and head over to Lamplight Town for the winter fun!
  • When is Winterfest? The event runs December 3 to December 31. Ready? Set? SNOW!
